Ranch and Roost opened its doors to Sioux Falls in early 2025, bringing locally sourced, affordable "Fast Food." Attached to the establishment is Big Lost Meadery, owned by the same team.

The Secret Is in the Source

Ranch & Roost takes pride in every ingredient: 100% Angus beef from a farm in Raymond, SD is ground in-house, fries are hand-cut daily and fried in rich beef tallow, and the chicken comes fresh from Red Bird Farms. Even the sauces are made right in house.

1. Mushroom Swiss Burger

   Double smash burger, sauteed mushrooms, applewood smoked bacon, Swiss cheese.

2. Tacos

   Not technically on the menu, but definitely not a secret.

3. The Spring Chicken

   Crispy or grilled chicken smoked applewood bacon, sauteed mushrooms, cheddar cheese, honey mustard sauce.

4. Cactus Style Burger

   Double smash burger, pepper jack cheese, bacon, chipotle sauce, French fried onions.

5. Jalapeno Popper Burger

   Double smash burger, fresh jalapeno spread, pepper jack cheese, and applewood smoked bacon.
