We never sell, rent, or trade your email, name, or any information you give us. Not to sponsors, not to partners, not to anyone. The only exceptions are if the law requires it, or if ATSF is ever sold, in which case your information would pass to the new owner under this same policy.
What we collect
When you subscribe, fill out a form, join Dinner Club, buy a ticket or product, receive the SuFu Letter, or email us, we collect what you give us. That can include your name, email, phone number, mailing address, form and quiz answers, and what you purchased. Our email service also records whether you open our emails and which links you click.
How we use it
We use your information to send the newsletter, run our events and Dinner Club, mail the SuFu Letter, deliver purchases, answer messages, and improve ATSF. When you buy a ticket or product or join Dinner Club, you'll also be added to our newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Things you submit for publishing, like events, pet photos, and Crew Spotlight answers, may appear in the newsletter or on social media, along with giveaway winners' names. We use trusted outside services to run all of this, and they handle your information only to do that work for us.
Cookies, tracking, and ads
Our signup page (subscribe.allthingssiouxfalls.com) uses Google Analytics to understand our visitors and the Meta pixel, which lets Meta collect information about your visit using cookies and similar tools. We use this to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our page. Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, and opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. Our sites don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. To see, correct, or delete your information, email us.
Kids
ATSF is intended for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
