The Snowfall this week has been great, although we can't say the same for the roads. I saw multiple accidents and realize many of us forget how to drive, and park for that matter, during the snow fall.

Valentine’s Day is a day away. What are your plans? On last week's issue, we noted a few things you could do. Things such as:

• Eating at the Brazilian Carnival.
• Going for a long walk if the weather permitted.
• Catching a movie or,
• Going to an arcade.
  The Brazilian Carnival is sold out so no chance for that now, but the other options are still fun.

For having the lowest unemployment rate, at 1.5%, and for having 25.24% of SD's small businesses located in Sioux Falls, we've ranked #1 as a great place for small businesses. And I agree. There are lots of great small businesses located in this wonderful city as well as surrounding towns. Businesses like Ziggies Coffee, Child's Play Toys, Fernson Brewing Company, Dimensions Hair Salon, JuLiana's Boutique, and many, many more. I believe we'll see more businesses started this year and I hope they all grow well.
